Dear group:

I have had some pain in my gall bladder for two or three days. This

pain is not yet severe, but when I press on the area of my gall

bladder with my hand it really hurts. I am aware of a dull pain in

my gall bladder area all of the time that I am awake.

Can I and/or should I attempt a flush when in pain like this? Or is

some other intermediary measure a better choice here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Current gall bladder pain; can I still flush?

Hi : I do not from my own experience see how the flush would hurt. But

I'm not stating by pass or do not see a doctor. Pain shoulds always be checked

out. It maybe something else.

Dear ,

Whether or not to flush........your choice.........

BUT avoid eating all foods that irritate your gallbladder. My

triggers were chocolate, spicy foods, fatty cheese, nuts and wine.

My biggest attack was when I ate all of those things on the same

evening.

Also, try using lecithin capsules. This was my saving treatment.

It helps in bile working. I also avoided heavy meals close to

bedtime.

Study the links section to find out what your triggers are.

Good luck!

Yes, I still have my GB. I did the flushes when in that " mild " sort

of pain that you mentioned. I was a lucky person.........After the

first flush, I already felt relief. I did still have some pain.

After the second flush, and then the third, I really felt a great

improvement. At the same time, I did change the way that I ate.

That is my story.
