Guest guest
I thnk you have hit the nail on the head here. We have to know what foods suit us through trial and error. Some foods are generally considered not so healthy and also to be common allergenics. Such as Wheat! I love crusty white bread and our TESCO's bake a mean roll, but its so unhealthy and also sticks like glue to the insides of our digestive systems! I am working on slowly changing my diet. For breakfast today, I had sprouted seeds and sprouted legumes, with some pinenuts and chopped fresh cherries! Now thats an improvement for me, who used to have an egg every day and ryviata (crispbread) with butter. Oh and I also had a tablespoon of lovely fresh pressed flax seed oil, from a wonderful English company who know all about how to prepare flax so that it does not cause additional oxidation. May I tell you their website. www.stonemills.co.uk it may not be flashy but they are good.! I wish I could find a scource of raw milk, although I know one is not meant to have any dairy if one has liver'gallbladder problems. But I think pasteurisation has a lot to answer for.
