Ray,

Soy products are not always recommended for estrogen positive breast cancers. I

think the verdict is still out as far as whether or not they are safe.

I believe that fermented soy is safer, but I'm not sure. I stay away from all

soy because I'm allergic to it.

Flaxseed seems to have a better track record with cancer than soy as far as our

type of cancer goes.
