Anne I can understand where you are coming from and it is a very

good point. However, it is very true, that what one person has to do

maybe others dont, to maintain there gallbladder health. I have done

flushes and some have been good and then others not so great. How

ever it has given me relief from pain and bloating, and has passed

stones and chaff. I plan to continue until I have passed my big

stones " 1 in " + smaller. I think serves this board well

with her contributions and her experience in flushes. I do beleive

for all concerned on this board that there is a key to keeping your

gallbladder clean after the stones are removed. We all have them,

and once the GB is clean then my responsibility for my health, would

be to keep it clean. Now how one does that? Just the same as before,

For all of us it is different. The flushes are very good for us. And

truthfully if I do a good cleanse once or twice a year I will feel I

am taking responsibility for my own health. And this also keeps me

from losing my gallbladder to surgery, which is another whole set of

problems for a life time. So which do I want for myself? I will

take the 2 flushes yearly. I will at least still have my gallbladder

which I know was given to me and included in my body for a very

specific reason.

Please stay tuned to the board Anne, and there is great and useful

information here. All of us have been where you are . No record has

ever been found of anyone dying from these flushes. But people have

died in surgery, and after surgery relating to the gallbladder

removal. I perfer to stay alive and work with what I have. We are

all here for you and will help in anyway . You must however in the

end be resposnsible for your own health. If you choose to have it

removed, come back, stay with us and learn what you can to help you

with your new problem. Good Luck

You've had a tough road. I really admire you for juggling all that you do. On

your

advice, I'm starting to look into transitioning now. ('s a freshman in

hs.)

I don't know which of my dh's family will look after . They all view him

as

somewhat spoiled. My mil " gets it " more than the others, but she may not want to

be here on her own. Between mil and siblings, we should be able to work

something

out.

I am not the Lori that used the GCG

I am the Lori that posted I was allergic to it.....

but I know several people that have had great success

with GCG. I think it really works well.

(which is why I am bummed I have an allergy to it).

You will definitely see better results from using it

(in my humble opinion.)

I am only just a student of Oriental Medicine- but I know

that stuff works really well.

Good luck!
