My Drs werent concerned as long as I wasnt having issues. I made a pack to get all my blood levels in normal range. I did research and decided to start on Liquid chlorophyll, plus I take Papaya supreme supplements. I eat a mostly vegan diet as well high in green leafy vegatables.. Both seemed to work for others, it worked for me as well. My last blood test my platlets have returned to 151 just within the normal range. First time since I was 35, all my blood levels are in the normal range. Yes diet does work. Mike
Guest guest
I read somewhere a while back where Papaya helped some with very low blood platlets so I just decided to give it a try. Can't hurt. But I did a number of things so I can say Papaya did it by itself. I use Swansons papaya supreme two before meals 50mg. Very in expensive.. worth a try!
