Guest guest
Hello Edwin, I'm glad for your health benefits. However, anatomy/anthropological arguments are not pointless. Your experience is YOUR experience. The " problem " with people telling other people how to eat is that " one man's meat is another man's poison " . In my opinion your type of diet matches what I consider to be our ancestral diet. In the real world, though, you'll find many people who would not, virtually could not, eat that way. You can't look at diets apart from cultural, religious, and familial overlays. There are many people who would require a gun to their head to eat raw meat. Eating raw meat is not a requirement for health. It is simply a possibility. By the way...whatever happened to that fellow with the tongue cancer?
