Guest guest
Are there any negative side effects of using epsom salt, olive oil and grapefruit juice (some say apple juice some say lemon juice). I have very very tiny stones. Can they stick in the bile duct, while cleansing. What is sludge and how a technician can identify them from stones. Few months, I had complaint of worms, which were treated. A recent stool test shows that I don't have any more. I feel some sort of discomfort (not pain) under the right ribs, which is due to gas. This gas sometime travels to left side. What could the possible reasons of this increased gas, which started about 8 months ago. An ultrasound doctor told me that we should not go for frequent ultrasounds, as they could have radiation effects like x-ray. Is it so ? > > Tishiri has informed me that you have proof of being scanned by > > ultasound for the removal of gb stones after cleansing. Guest guest
Thank you for your response. Gas problem The gas problem I mentioned to you, I met in this connection with a Professor of Medicine, who told me that this is not due to stones. But it is due to the reason that I have developed a fatty lever. I am overweight and trying to reduce it. My weight has recently gone upto 100 kgs from 80kgs. Ultrasound also showed that I have a fatty lever. Do you have an idea what is a fatty lever and what harm it can do. This question I forgot to ask the Professor. Negative side effect From this I did not mean apparent side effect. What I mean effects in the internal body system e.g. to kidneys, lever, spleen and colons etc.etc. Don't you think items like epsom salt, extra virgin olive oil and juices in big quantities can do any serious harm to the digestive system. Dried figs One of my friends who had serious pains due to gall stones, who used to be hospitalized to get relief from this pain, did not go for operation. Rather, he took a prescription from a book of using dried figs. The methods is that six dried figs should be soaked in milk for about 5 minutes and then figs should be eaten empty stomach in the morning. In a matter of six months, he has no pains and now has been eating quite fatty meals, but he does have pain. He does not want to go for ultrasound and says as to why he should go when he does not have any pain. Though I don't have any pain due to stones, yet I am also trying this method. Worm & parasites Can worms & parasties still exist in the digestive system even if the stool test does not show them. > > > > Tishiri has informed me that you have proof of being scanned by > > > > ultasound for the removal of gb stones after cleansing. If you go to http://www.google.com and type in Fatty Liver it will take you to many sites that explain the condition. A liver flush would be helpful for this condition, and there are helpful herbal combinations and supplements for ongoing cleansing and rebuilding of liver in general. The liver is such an important organ, and the only one that regenerates itself. Losing a lot of weight can affect the metabolism so that it produces gallstones in some cases. > Negative side effect > From this I did not mean apparent side effect. They suggest that if you have kidney disease, you should avoid using Epsom Salts, but other than that, I don't know of any problems from any of the other things listed. I find that only good is done by doing this cleanse. You are giving your intestinal tract a good cleaning out, sometimes you will see strands of mucous (sorry, yucky, I know) but this is getting cleaned out of the small intestine, I believe, and think how much better nutrients will be absorbed without that mucous. Then of course there is getting rid of those stones and clearing out the liver so that it can filter the blood of toxins and the many other jobs the liver does so well even better. So no, so much good and no harm is done. It takes great stress off the body and digestive system, you even feel more relaxed when you are good and clean. > Dried figs > > One of my friends who had serious pains due to gall stones, who used > to be hospitalized to get relief from this pain, did not go for > operation. Don't think it is a cleanse for the gallbladder, but it sounds like something I might like to try to get rid of parasites! L. Guest guest
raw figs are better than dried figs. bitter things like eggplant, grape skin, apple cider vinegar. sometimes acid foods like grapefruit. or if your pancreas were working properly and the pancreatic duct was free of blockage, the pancreatic enzymes would also destroy worms. but these things and even the antihelminths are really not where it's at. the best thing to get rid of parasites is to find the correct cleansing diet, and/or cleanse that will strip away the putrefied waste from the intestinal wall. you can take antihelminths all day long, but the worms are trapped inside the impacted waste. another thing is that worms arent really so bad for you. yes its horrible to think that they are living there, but thats more of a social programming issue. as you pass the old waste matter from your intestines, the worms will die off of their own accord, and you wont have to do much else. fresh pineapple juice is one of the best things to kill off the big ones. destroying the parasites is a much easier task than cleansing the intestines of impaction getting rid of amalgams(properly)is also a beneficial thing you can do to improve intestinal flora which will in turn affect parasites. Guest guest
Yes, figs have multi-purpose advantages. They clean the system very well of parasites and remove constipation. At least in 2-3 cases, I have observed they got rid of gb stones problem by continuously using it. You can imagine the killing pain of the person due to gall stones, who has been relieved of it with the help of figs. Regarding using epsom salt, some people use only olive oil and fresh lemon juice for cleansing. They don't use epsom salt. What is your opinion ? Which juice is more helpful lemon, grapfruit or apple. Can you mention minimum quantities of these items for cleansing ? > > Gas problem > > The gas problem I mentioned to you, I met in this connection with a > > Professor of Medicine, who told me that this is not due to stones. > > But it is due to the reason that I have developed a fatty lever. Thanks for the parasite info, and I agree with you there. I understand most parasites reside in the small intestine, so have tried Marshmallow/ Pepsin combo at times to loosen and get rid of mucous on the lining of the small intestine. I have work to do there still. L. Epsoms salts relax the ducts, makes a big difference for me, an easier flush. Also, cleans out the digestive tract so it is " open " and ready to accept whatever is quickly expelled from the gallbladder. Apple Juice contains Malic Acid, helps stimulate bile flow and softens stones, I also think it may help move some that are in the liver into the gallbladder as it stimulates flow. It is used in preparation for the flush. Lemon juice is cleansing, can be used first thing in morning 1/2 hour before eating for that purpose. Grapefruit Juice tastes the best and has affect on fat metabolism...I am still reading up on all that Grapefruit does...think it inhibits metabolism of fats. The link in my signature lines below will give you what I do with amounts, there are also links that are helpful that are automatically added to these emails. L. Guest guest
it is not necessarily true that most reside in the small intestine. you wont know where they are until you actually get them out. logically i would think that less are in the small intestine because it is a more acid environment than the large intestine, but logic hardly works well in this realm where no one knows the whole truth. i also think that they serve a useful purpose, whereas i used to villify them. once i got them all out, and my health did not improve, i realized that they obviously were not the cause of my health problems, but rather a result. there are all sorts of correlations in this alternative health biz, and many people make assumptions as to what is causing what. but the truth is that they are just correlations, and no one really knows what causes what. i didn't go into detail as to how to get them out in the last post. the best way i found so far is following the primal diet as outlined by aajonus vonderplanitz. it is also one of the most difficult things i have found as well. nothing i've found compares to this for cleaning your intestines. i won't go into it here because i'm not an expert, i only did it for a year and a half. but you can find more info in his book or on the primaldiet list. i was producing enormous evacuations daily of old material. it didnt stop in over a year. im sure i would have to do it for at least a few more years to fully clean out my intestines, if not a decade or so. the whole notion of 'a colon cleanse' is absurd once you get into this whole thing. people are kidding themselves by taking some herbs and psyllium. im sure pepsin will do some good, i've read of some good results. but can you take it for an extended period of time ???? after a year and a half on it, all the acupressure meridians on my feet healed up and felt really nice and soft, where i had tension and pain for many years in these points. it was a similar feeling to the loosening of the shoulders after a succesful liver flush. i think the two of these therapies together would be about as powerful as anything i've encountered. i'm a chicken though and i want to find an easy way. probably there arent any humans on this planet with clean insides. Guest guest
what i meant was A colon cleanse is absurd. a single one or even ten or twenty. i think i posted on how to obtain more info. you can read aajonus vonderplanitz's book and or join the primaldiet list and learn as much as you can there. it's a very long and involved subject, and i'm not an expert just someone who did it for a while and realized how toxic people are. the liver and gall bladder are important to clear out, but your whole body is full of waste, bone marrow, colons, lungs, spleen, spine. everything. we were born into filth inside filthy wombs. sorry, but this is the truth. aajonus is the only person i have met that has an understanding of the depth of toxicity that most of us bear. i think it is a lifelong task to undo the damage, if even it can be achieved in a lifetime

So is this suggesting that the herbs and psyllium are a waste of time and money? And why is the notion of a " colon cleanse " absurd? It is similar but I used grapefruit, not lemon juice. Take care,
