It sounds like we are pretty much in agreement. One thing is that

kapha and vata need mostly warm foods. The easiest way to do this is

to cook them. However, many raw foodists do warm their foods to

below 110 F ( I think that is the temperature). When it is below

this temp, the enzymes supposedly will not be destroyed.
