Hello! I'll try to answer your questions below. I did a flush

last night, all went fine. I was more sensitive to the

epsom salts this time, by that I mean felt a little

nauseous from them...or the grapefruit juice they

were in, not sure which, but went ahead and took

them. I did have my usual nausea during the night, but it

was bearable. I slept on and off. At about 3 am I was

awake and feeling really good, then dozed off after 4 and

woke up at 6 feeling nauseous and dizzy. Put a heat pad

on and went to sleep again, woke up feeling better at

about 9:30, it's 10:30 now. When I got up I did

an enema with warm water w/ garlic powder from

a garlic capsule in it, and I've only passed a few small

" greenies " (as I call them) so far, but suppose there

will be more to come. The last two flushes there was more

evidence this early, but I was really packed after 5 years of neglect.

I'll let you know if anything more " fun " shows up later.

I'm going to stick with liquid diet today (had protein drink

for breakfast) and maybe some fruit, will eat a normal but

light dinner. I feel hungry this time, didn't feel that way this

early last two flushes.

> Are there any negative side effects of using epsom salt, olive oil

> and grapefruit juice (some say apple juice some say lemon juice).

I have never experienced any other than what I described

above, some nausea...nausea is common for some when cleansing,

others never experience it.

You should have no problems flushing, that is good to know

that your stones are small. Even if there are some others that

are a bit bigger that didn't show up in the ultrasound, remember

the bile duct is very flexible. I passed some good sized ones

last month, some are pictured on my web site and on the

curezone page that has pictures. And the largest one passed

after that picture was taken...it was almost in long and more

than 1/2 " wide. I have never heard anyone define what

sludge is, I was told I had that once as well. My guess is it is

probably made up of the same matter as the stones are, it just

hasn't formed stones, but that's only a guess...we do a lot of

theorizing because there aren't MD's or others that I know of

that have been willing to take the time to study these things on

a scientific level, at least not that I am aware

of...if there is, someone let me know, would love to read

some clinical studies.

>Few months, I had complaint of worms, which were treated. A

> recent stool test shows that I don't have any more.

Hopefully it was done by you or your doctor taking into

consideration eggs that may hatch later, etc., etc. Parasite

cleanse should be done over time, or if you use a pre-packaged

program, done at least twice with break of about 2 weeks

between...some people need to do more, parasites can be

stubborn things.

I've had tons of gas with my gallbladder troubles. Also,

carbohydrate foods, if they do not pass quickly through the

digestive system, will ferment and form gas. That is why

it's important to keep the bowels moving with enough

fiber, etc. I use a enzyme digestive aid product with my

meals to aid digestion, and one especially for meals that

are high in fat. It really helps a lot.

> An ultrasound doctor told me that we should not go for frequent

I haven't heard that, but it makes sense. Perhaps someone else

will know.

Take care!!

Hi : Weren't you supposed to repeat the epson salts at 6am and again at

8am the next morning? I think those to parts really help empty the bowels to rid

you of the stones that came out.

Yes, but the enemas work also, and mean taking less epsoms. I passed

LOTS of sludge and stones around mid-afternoon, and feel pretty good,

just a little tenderness on right side. There are different ways of doing

this, and because I seemed to have been more sensitive to the

Epsoms last night, I chose enema. I don't feel as " washed out " as I

did last time, maybe because I was more toxic last time? Not sure.

Anyway, it was a success, and I'll wait and see how things are for a

couple weeks, and maybe give it another go if needed.
