Guest guest Posted June 8, 2009 Report Share Posted June 8, 2009 Can anyone tell me what might be causing me to be feeling weak? I've been feeling really good all along but the past few days I'm feeling weak in my legs. I did go vegan and really don't know what I'm doing. I was eating Ezekeil bread thinking that this was good for me along with oatmeat. Now I find that I shouldn't be eating grains! I'm only eating fruits, veggies, some nuts. Any ideas why I'm feeling this way? I did have several eggs and beans, pinto beans. Could it be the lack of enough protein? I don't like this feeling!
