I had been doing brisk walks with my dogs, but can't afford to lose any weight cuz my appetite has pretty much hit the skids these days. But I don't want to just get totally out of shape, cardio-wise and stamina-wise. Don't wanna burn a bunch of calories. Suggestions? Swim slowly. Stretches. Yoga.
