Does anyone have any suggestions about how to stay in shape without losing

weight? I had been doing brisk walks with my dogs, but can't afford to lose any

weight cuz my appetite has pretty much hit the skids these days. But I don't

want to just get totally out of shape, cardio-wise and stamina-wise. Don't

wanna burn a bunch of calories. Suggestions? Is it possible to stay fit and

not burn too many calories?

Gee ,

You could do what I do! I never lose any weight, no matter what I do.

:)

Just slow down your activity - walk slower. Swim slowly. Stretches.

Yoga. If you can, eat higher calorie foods.
