Guest guest
Bottom line, juicers are much more powerfully cancer-healing than blenders. Also, blenders/liquifiers fail to break down the food sufficiently for easy digestion/absorption. Since juicers discard the pulp, you drink only the liquid (in which the nutrients are much more concentrated), you can ingest enormously more detoxifying and cancer-fighting enzymes and nutrients (www.gerson.org). In contrast, when you drink liquified (pulp-containing) juice, by the time you digest everything and it gets into your bloodstream, most of the juice's enzymes are inactivated. Juicers also spare your body the extra work of digesting the pulp. Juicing breaks open the " cells " of the fruit/vegetable, thereby making the nutrients more easily absorbable, so you end up absorbing a larger portion of the nutrients. The main exception, if I was using a fruit that's very high in sugar, it might be better to use a blender (or juice only a small amount at a time). Guest guest
Fiber/pulp is food for the good bacteria in the intestine. Good bacteria can only feed on plant fiber. Fiber( pulp) is needed for detoxification as well. Some fibers block sugar absorption which feeds cancer/ fungus, that is why nature/ god put them there. Any time man messes with food it is goofed up. Just look at our milk and GM foods. Food is meant to be eaten just as it grows with no changes. It is good bacteria that combats bad bacteria (yeast/fungus) in the intestine. Cancer is thought to be a fungus and certainly yeast is present around cancer. Good bacteria needs to be fed just like any living organism and is needed to multiply. In live stock just adding a prebiotic ( food for the good bacteria , fiber/pulp) to the feed, increased the good bacteria measured in the stool a great deal. The enzymes loss is not proven. It is thought that the intestines are 85% of the immune system and having the correct gut flora of 85% good bacteria is a critical part of this. One antibiotic treatment can reduce the gut flora to 20 good bacteria which can never come back on its own without treament. Thus the immune system is damaged. Some rare good bacteria are lost forever. ________________________________
Guest guest
Leonard, While I understand the concept of juicing, I also understand that your body will only take in the amount of nutrients that it can handle and flush the rest out of the body. Daily colon cleansing is not natural to the body. By using smoothies as my base (which I drink up to 48 oz per day), I am getting the beneficial fiber I need to sweep away the toxins. Plus within the fiber are nutrients that get lost in juicing. I choose to supplement with juicing (though not on a daily basis.) This is what works best for me and I am seeing positive changes. Not only has the Melanoma spot on my leg started to fade, but the lymph node that is enlarged in my arm pit is half the size and the gland in my neck has also decreased in size. Like I said in my earlier post, what works best for one person, may not work for another. Kim " Leonard " wrote: > > Bottom line, juicers are much more powerfully cancer-healing than blenders.
