By reducing the amount of fat you consume by 1/3 you'll get the same results. Any process that envolves weight reducing " is not good " for people suffering from gallstones since their liver & gallbladder are noe dealing with more cholesterol etc. But we all know it's better to be thinner with gallstones, if...
