Yes, I agree about the stress. I was just watching a PBS show yesterday by the

man who wrote the Anti Cancer Diet, or something like that, he is a dr of

psychology, I think, cannot remember his name. He said the bad stress that you

cannot control is the one to avoid. Like being in a bad situation you cannot

get out of. Good stress is doing something you love but being hard at work, or

something like that. He had statistics about the good and bad stress.

Our bodies are more complicated then we know. I was trying to diet once. No

matter what I did, I could not lose weight, so I got a book by Jon

 called ' Theory.' It talks about how the mind works. He lost

weight without dieting by just making his body think a different way have a look

at this. Ray
