Guest guest
In previous conversations with some of the more knowledgable members of our group (in terms of biochemistry) the opinion was expressed that, although the Budwig people disdained antioxidants, that the only two antioxidants that probably caused problems with flaxseed oil / cottage cheese (FO/CC) were vitamins E and alpha Lipoic acid (ALA). I am assuming this is because both are oil soluable. I would also assume that perhaps ascorbyl palmate (oil soluable vitamin C) could be added to this list, and maybe the water soluable version of vitamin E could be excluded. Interestingly, , the mod over in the Oleander group, says the same thing in his cancer protocol file -- that the Budwig FO/CC mix is great, and that the only antioxidants to really avoid with it are E and ALA. Now, ALA may be a very powerful synergistic mix with low dose naltrexone (LDN). There are currently at least 4 case studies where LDN and ALA have pretty much stopped pancreatic and other cancers. Wow. So now, my question is, I am wondering if FO/CC is consumed at about 11:00 AM, and the ALA and LDN are consumed at 11:00 PM, if this is enough space between the FO/CC and the ALA to prevent interference of the ALA with the LDN. I know that oil soluable vitamins have a tendency to hang around for a long time, so maybe ALA hangs out for days or weeks. Or maybe 12 hours is enough. I don't know. It may also be possible that ALA does not react the way expected in cancerous cells. I posted an article earlier saying that ALA is quite brutal on colon cancer cells, inducing apoptosis through some mechanism ... what was it... by increasing the GST in the cells? So maybe it doesn't interfere with the flax oil (or other omega 3 oils -- DHA and EPA) at all?
