Guest guest
Agnes, I think your letter to Naomi is a little harsh. While there seem to be numerous people that have benefited from the flush, or seem to, not everyone has/does. I hate the kinds of stories that you used in your post, because they make the process seem so simplified. And for some people maybe it is. But I cannot tell you how I agonized over that after doing 16 flushes, changing my diet, taking tons of supplements, trying to address emotional issues and reduce stress, with no benefit to my gallbladder, it just got worse and worse. To the point of daily attacks on a liquid diet with only ocassional vegetables. Some people will receive no benefit from these cleanses. And it is those hundreds and maybe thousands who we never know about because what is the point going to a group like this and saying it didn't work? You get rude responses and/or get invited to leave or booted off. I have stayed because I think I have something to offer for those who have to have surgery and what I went through. I am a firm believer in natural health and while the cleanses did not help me keep my gallbladder and I am not convinced of there complete effectiveness based on MY experience, I know they have helped others. Dale is the perfect example. And I do plan on doing a cleanse a couple of times a year. We really cannot know how effective the cleanses are without a scientific study measuring the cleanses against some other method. Even then, other factors have to be taken into consideration. Diet, exercise, stress, supplements, etc. People should know that when they try the cleanse, it MAY NOT work. SO they can consider other options. I am not happy I had to have surgery. I wish like everything that I had my gallbladder. The unknown looms. But, it's out and I am living happily, thankfully without it. I think both points of view are valuable so a person can make informed decisions. Guest guest
> Agnes, I think your letter to Naomi is a little harsh. I don't think Agnes was responding to me (Naomi). I think she was responding to . And I do agree it was a little harsh. sounds like I did when I first found this group, but folks were a little gentler answering my inquiry's. You all have been a wonderful support to me and I sincerely appreciate it. Let's all try to be nicer to the new folks and those who are skeptical. Her questions seem resonable to me. Remember, you guys tollerated my skeptical questions a year ago and I am still here and even trying a flush. We are each entitled to our opinions lets all just try to be a little nicer about it. Different people are going to get different results with the flush and that is OK. Some will end up having surgery (I hope I am not one of them). We just need to respect different people and their experiences and try to help eachother out. Blessings, Naomi
