Guest guest
I am in the midst of my very first flush right now. I did the Epsom salts drink last night twice and then drank the grapefruit and olive oil drink at 10 PM. I have to say that I was fully expecting this mixture to be hideous but it actually tasted pretty good. I drank my 3rd Epsom salt drink this morning and all I have had is diarrhea...no stones or anything remotely looking like stones. I have had no gallbladder or liver problems. I am a 39 year old woman in excellent health except for PMS problems. I have been told that I have too much estrogen and my liver needs to be cleansed so it can properly dispel all the excess estrogen. I'm not sure if this is true but I am wondering why I haven't seen any stones yet. Can anyone give me an idea if and when the stones will show up? Thanks

Maybe you would be more lucky if you do this just exactly as described. My first flush was the most successful. Lots of large stones 1.2 cm across (10), 50 pistache-nut (or peanut) -size, 90 smaller and a lot of smaller particles and a yet unidentified parasite (probably tapeworm). 2nd flush had more or less the same results. 3rd flush was less successful and I probably got 'parasited' again because of being less careful. Nice tip to get used to olive oil: use it the spanish way: dip your (french baguette ) bread in a bit of oil. Maybe add little salt for taste. Don't believe me? this is served in spanish 'restaurants' (not 's) for breakfast. After this the oil-juice mix just taste wonderful! Any way, everybody has a different system, maybe you prefer to do it your way and succeed. >>>>I've flushed without epsom salts, but didn't think it worked as well. I would like to try that too, but not sure if the liver will clump stones together. >>>>My first few flush attempts didn't yield anything. I don't really count them because I didn't follow the instructions and didn't get all the olive oil down.
