While no drastic surgery is good surgery, yet, if you can keep bladder use, an

ileostomy is actually pretty easy to handle, though I would not like a

colostomy, yet it to is so doable. Unfortunately, no rectum transplants

available so far...somehow if you can still use your sense of humor...it it not

the part of someone else I would relish re-using!
