Guest guest
Dr. Day DID have surgery to remove the tumor. She said only because she didn't want it to burst and leak all over. I have her tapes, I'm a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church (which she is) this is talked about in our church. Lots of the members have brought it to my attention of how Dr. Day healed from cancer with only natural means. I do know to that she drank lots of carrot juice along with lots of greens each and every day. I'm tellin you this not to disagree but to let the group know the truth on the healing of Dr. Days cancer. Barbara
Guest guest
I am not sure why people want to know about Dr. Day's surgery, but many people do practice integrative medicine, combining the best of mainstream and alternative medicine. I would NEVER put all my eggs in one basket. I give credit to both for saving my life. Of course, I should get credit as well, as I worked very hard and spent thousands of hours researching what cured others.
Guest guest
I copied what she herself posted on her website. It is no big deal, nothing to agree on or disaree on. I have the information of her articles in her website and all I posted was what she says regarding having had a lumpectomy , only to have the tumor come back a lot bigger, and she has all th episctures of how much it gre etc..then she says she refused radical surgery , chemo and radiation. SO f you have a lumpectomy and the tumor returns, and you get rid of it by other means, You can say she did have surgery! But it was not the surgery that got rid of her cancer, since it came back, Li
Guest guest
Here is why some would want to know whether or not surgery was had after someone claims cure. Simply to set the record straight. Some might be led to believe nobody ever permits surgery and that is not the case. People have been misled about the Lorraine Day 'cure' and so they ask. They have now been answered. An interesting point was made about " the best of both " systems, or words to that effect. I say interesting because the Allopathic system is changing all the time and what was common practice yesterday may not be today. That no longer used protocol was 'the best' then. Was it ever the best? I doubt it because by it being replaced, there should be a great improvement in conventional treatment and there simply is not! It is accepted in Alternative Circles that the past forty years has seen little improvement in survivability. This has nothing to do with any one person's results because so many factors enter into the picture. In fact we cannot even be sure the 'best' of Alternative protocols is what caused someone's Remission or 'Cure' as some would rather say. We do our best and hope. Here is an example. Apparently Herceptin is not the 'magic wand' it was touted to be, however, a noted Alternative Practitioner once said that it " sometimes turns around nasty cases " Perhaps he is correct. Lately we have seen a lot of 'absolute' statement claiming such and such " is the only way to cure cancer " . In the hopes of again setting the record straight, that just doesn't seem to be the way it really is. New people joining this list do not need to be misled by 'absolute' statements because just as the Allopathic system uses this type of statement to sway people, that is exactly what might happen when people read glowing but not necessarily accurate statements such as, " the only way to cure cancer is such and such " . I surely do not have all the answers and that is why I use the expressions I do to indicate 'perhaps', " it seems " , " might " and other vague terms. It is called being realistic because there are few of us that have worked with many patients having different types of cancer. If my neighbor with Small Cell Lung Cancer consumes the highly touted Sun Soup I recommended and is still alive four years later, did I 'cure' him? Did Sun Soup Cure him? Heck, the game isn't even in the ninth inning yet. There's lots of ball left to play. Remember, all the meat eating, smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, handling pesticides, chemicals, all of these do not cause cancer in very person, all the time nor does the most acceptable Alternative Protocol work for everyone, all the time. Joe C. The following quote seems to fit the situation very well: " There is no absolute knowledge. And those who claim it, whether they are scientists or dogmatists, open the door to tragedy. All information is imperfect. We have to treat it with humility " : J. Bronowski
