what is vco? Does coconut help cancer?

You can take the coconut oil in spoonfuls.  You may melt and take it straight as

well.  I just chuck down melted vco...melt vco by taking hot tap water in a bowl

and take a " shot glass " and put your vco in glass, then let glass sit on hot

water filled bowl.  It should melt quicklyl.  If you don't want taste of vco, do

not let hot water go temp go over 80F.

Thank you Mike and ... I will give it a try! I don't mind the taste when I

spread it on some toasted Ezekial bread, so hopefully it will go down OK when

melted. I forgot to ask about dosage ... do you know if there is a recommended

amount to take if/when taking it with Artimisinin?
