From what I have read painting is HIGH maintenance! We used stickers covered with mod podge and everyone comments on how cute it is. Good luck! The decision for us to go ahead with the helmet was tough because his case is pretty mild but we can see it and the doctor recommended it. we figured its now or never, and i dont want to look back one day and say "we should have done it" i doubt we'll ever look back and say "we shouldnt have done it" i was wondering if anyone knows of decorating tips or of anyone who paints the helmet for you. i live in nj

so if anyone knows of someone in nj who does this please let me know....thank you in advance. its nice to be a part of a group with as many members as this for support. thanks again.

I hope it isn't rude to jump in here, but we are planning to have

our son's band painted. Can you tell me why it is high

maintenance? I have to admit that I am so excited at the artist I

found that paints bands in my area, that I might do it anyway. I

just want to know what I am getting in to!

Thanks--Stacey
