Guest guest Posted July 18, 2009 Report Share Posted July 18, 2009 Hi Mike - Are there any supplements that should NOT be broken up or removed from their capsules for proper absorption (or any other reason)to keep them intact throughout the digestive system? I like to keep my protocol easy, taking supplements in liquid form or in my green drinks. I like to group things as much as possible and do this 2-3 times a day. Lately I've been crushing my NAC caplets and opening the curcumin, multivitamin, bioalgae and other capsules and mixing them with what I'm eating/drinking from the Vitamix. I don't open my probiotics or my Chinese herbs (doc wants these kept intact). My iodine, S/OPC and other liquids get mixed into my liters of herbal teas.
