Guest guest
The idea is to increase the amount of glutathione in the body, which is probably the most powerful antioxidant there is. Although you can take oral glutathione supplements, it is probably best, cheapest, and most effective to allow the body to make its own glutathione by supplying ample amounts of the precursors your body needs to make it. Immunocal and whey protein supply the important amino acids for glutathione production (especially l-glutamine). Other vitamins and nutrients are important too, including C, E, selenium, and zinc (I think). SAMe can help with glutathione production also. If there are other important nutrients for this, everyone else please chime in. I also made a post awhile back in which the Gerson advocates claim that coffee enemas create a huge spike in the glutathione production in the liver -- 7x in fact! I don't know if this is true, however. (But for that matter, I don't know if anything I wrote above is true -- I'm just reporting on things I've read about during my personal research.) > > > > Can someone tell me what Immunocal and whey Protein do for you.
