Tazviolin,

It sounds like you are doing great cleansing work on

your body...more than I am at present! Whatever is

your weak area is going to respond first and the most.

I remember when I first got interested in nutrition and

cleansing how amazed I was that what I always called

being " sick " was really my body trying to save itself.

Those symptoms that you have that feel like you

are " sick " are really the same thing, but you are

causing more of them because you are doing right

things to cause your body to cleanse, save itself.

Hope that makes sense :-)

So, when you go to the doctor, they give you

medications to stop the body from doing what it's

designed to do...I'm not saying we don't ever need

meds, because foods available and the way many

eat sure does make a mess out of things and we

get REALLY sick sometimes, but there are so

many alternatives out there to so many of the drugs.

I love the herbs myself, and the concept of eating

right in the first place.

This morning at around 3AM I had to go to the bathroom. I was

shocked at what came out! I did see a couple of dark " stones " but

they fell apart when I tried to handle them. Also, my stool was dark

seaweedand dark purple color, almost black!!! I had a lot of seaweed

looking things come out, some of them being pretty long. The toilet

water looked black and I got freaked out!!! My naturopath said I was

dumping stuff big time. My stool has returned to normal color.

I've read that many people get out dark green liquid. Has anyone in

this group had this?
