Some data points w/flax oil

I wanted to pass along some data points for anyone interested.

I did my 8th flush last night using 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup flax oil ( and

1/4 cup lemon juice) I got out about 1/2 cup of green gravel, about a 1/4 cup

less than usually. My normal routine to to do a coffee enema the morning after

the flush. 12 hours after the flush I had my first bowel movement. Floating on

top of the toilet water was several tablespoons of what appeared to be the flax

oil. It appears that my body didn't do anything with it. I've never had that

happen with olive oil.
