Guest guest
Hello robyn, If you are on a protocol that allows high levels of antioxidants they can be, theoretically, helpful. Many of the proponents are operating under the assumption that the therapeutic value is in the pH of the water. I disagree. The water that comes off the cathode is, in fact, alkaline, but its main therapeusis probably lies in the fact that it is loaded with electrons (for awhile, anyway) which gives the water powerful reducing capabilities. (Gives up an electron to reduce a free radical). If the therapeutic potential involved the alkalinity you could get the same effect by simply putting baking soda in water and drinking it. You can't. The most well known brand (I think I'll refrain from mentioning the name) is multilevel marketed and goes for around 4 grand. Two thirds of this goes to feed the profit pyramid. The product works, but is way overpriced. Another company sells a slightly better version for about 1,800 dollars, still overpriced. There are some cheap Chinese versions for around 500 dollars, but they fall apart easily. Finally, you can find plans for building a unit on the net. It might cost about 100 dollars to make. Snoop around on the net. One of the manufacturers allows you to use a unit for free for at least 30 days, maybe longer. They also make the best unit. Guest guest
Squeeze a lemon or an orange in your plain distilled or reverse osmosis water will give it structure. I tried a water ionizer but I wasn't impressed. I stopped using it. When I went raw, raw foodism, raw vegan, raw fruitarian, raw paleolithic diet, I found out I got all the water I needed from raw food. rueb wrote: > > Does anyone know anything about water ionizers and which one is best? > I want one that puts a lot of oxygen into the water I think. > Thanks, Robyn > >
Guest guest
Here are some links to investigate. http://youtube.com/watch?v=cVKG1k3B58Y I signed up with jupiter to get a discount you might could do that or I can save you some. No one else sells below list on the Jupiter brand. I love mine and if you do some investigation you'll see it is different than just adding juice or baking soda to your water. When I first found out I had cancer I was VERY high acid and with this and diet change (and accent on diet change, to alkaline diet) My PH is ususally very good now! Also seems the lower end units are just about the same results just less whistles and bells. ANd now some of the lower end units have a better warranty (5 years) which says a lot. Guest guest
This email (pasted in below) is from a friend of mine that has an excellent ionizer product and a few for a very good price. If you call him, he's Pacific Time. This is from a few weeks ago so they might be sold by now. Sharon Here is a link to the water ionizer I am selling: www.lifeionizershop.com The ones I have in stock are the Life Ionizer 7500 with mesh and UV. These go for 1997 + 250 for UV and mesh plus taxes which equals around $2500.00. I am liquidating the stock I have at home to use towards a purchase of a new car. I only have 3 left at the discounted price. This is 1500.00 including taxes and everything and since I am a dealer, you get a full 5 year warranty with it for parts and labour. This is a killer deal. For the drinking water, my friend brought over her Kangen and my machine tested having a higher PH and ORP.
