Guest guest
My Wife and I are both about 1/2 way through this " oilless flush " and it seems to be doing good things. The thing I notice is that this flush is giving me the great feeling that I get after an olive oil and epsom salts flush. That's nice to have without the down time and loss of a day (which is always worth it BTW). The flavor is very tart, but hey; no problem. We're not drinking much per day. It loosens the bowels and is obviously doing a cleansing, but without any diarhea in our case. I just did my 6th cleanse a couple of weeks ago so I didn't expect to see any stones - and I haven't. I have no doubt that it's doing something good, because I feel good. We added turmeric to the mix because it's good for the bowel environment, bile flow, and several other good things. I recommend it as a good alternative for those not ready for a real flush yet. If I didn't want to do any real flushes for whatever reason, I'd still concentrate on changing my diet to aid the liver and gallbladder per Chang and Cabot's recomendations.
