I did my first cleanse...I dont think I passed any stones? cause

Iread that the float and I didnt see anything but chiff (?

SPELLNG)...I will continue with the cleansings....BUT

I was wondering if there is anything I must be doing after my

cleanse? or after each cleanse?

please let me know! thank you for your help!
