Guest guest
Do we know what kinds of results people are getting with ip6 and beta glucan or whatever it is called? Beta glucan first thing on waking up, IP6 about 2 hours later. I am also adding inositol, SAMe, and DMG to the IP6 round. All of these say " take on an empty stomach " but I don't think they interfere with each other. I did a muscle test, and it said they were all okay together. But I don't know how reliable muscle tests are. (I read on the Budwig site that somebody muscle tested their CAT for IP6, and it was not good for the cat. Maybe they need to do a cat scan of the cat.) But who knows if they are working? I posted something awhile back asking how one monitors one's progress, but nobody had any suggestions.
