I use Udo's and have used it for years. It has a flaxseed taste. It is a

great oil and I take it straight. Especially this time of year. I take a

tablespoon or two a day. Sometimes straight from the spoon, other times

drizzled over my cottage cheese on my salad. He has written a book. Fat's

that heal, Fat's that kill, I believe. It is a pretty thick book, but a

really great one. I have lots of good books on my good book page. All
