You are probably well aware of the necessary changes in your diet and the dietary supplements that help you the most. Be cautious about overdoing the fruit juice. I had one person whose rectal cancer hemorrhaging was directly related to his consumption of fruit juices -- primarily grapefruit and pineapple.
