Barbara:

I would not drink water from a reverse osmosis system, it removes

too much of the good healthy minerals. The best water in the world

to drink hands down is natural spring water, you can probably find

spring water in your area on the internet. I personally use Berkey

Light gravity fed filters, it's great. You can also find it on the net.

Hi, I have a question for those in the know on the list.

We're in the countryside on well water. We don't drink it, although there's

nothing wrong with it. But since cancer diagnosis 6 months ago, we only

drink re-mineralized, 5-stage reverse osmosis water.

However, our well water for showers/dishes/clothing washes needs to be

softened as there is an abundance of minerals.

Are some water softening salts better than others for health - i.e.

showering?

Thanks,

Barbara
