Hi ette,it does take some digging on these sites to get to the

bottom of the information you need.

I had what the doctor said was an acute gall bladder back in

June,They wanted to cut mine out too.I decided I wanted to do some

research first.I found this and other sites.I was having attacks

almost every other day off and on for awhile,it was very difficult as

I could barely eat anything that would not give me trouble.carrot

juice is good,I threw in beets & garlic with some celery.beets are a

good stimulant to the liver & GB,I still start my day with a big

glass of distilled water with a fresh squeezed lemon.I am taking Dr.

Cabot`s liver tonic capsules & drinking dr. Schulze detox tea.

stay away from fried foods, most dairy.fresh vegatables are very

good & important.Of course avoid meat because of the fat.It takes us

awhile to clog our liver & give us GB trouble,it takes awhile to

clear it.Depending on how serious your attacks are will determine how

strick you must be with yourself.Right now I have been able to eat

almost anything but I am still avoiding many things.I really want to

keep my GB and things are going prety well of late.Good luck. The

flushes help,I have done 5 or 6 of those.Good luck & good health.Jim--
