Guest guest
http://orthomolecular.org/library/ivccancerpt.shtml As you noted, the folks not seeing significant change with IV Vit. C usually did not get sufficient quantities. Also, it is important that the IV be administered slowly to increase the titer of ascorbic acid in the blood. Too fast and it gets excreted by the kidneys. By the way, I was anemic, low iron and B-12/folic acid, there is a newer form of Iron that my oncologist used that was very effective in improving my hemoglobin with only two doses done by simple " push " IV, the Vitamin C is synergistic in helping the absorption of the Iron. I do know that first you should be tested to make sure you are not one of the 3% of population that lack the ability to absorb Vitamin C. I'm sure you know the test. I think it is Glucose-6-Phosphate? I was tested before beginning treatment. Also, I insisted on beginning my C dosages at 50grams, accelerating to 100 within 4 sessions, then down to 75grams currently. I was speaking with a gentleman with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. His oncologist tried the Vit. C and gave up, but he was only using 25grams at a time. The trick or need is to achieve a max level of miligrams of C in the blood stream before the body has a chance to break it down. Remember that if you decide to get the C, it is important to buffer it properly, I get a full liter of sterile water with 75 grams of C it takes 3 1/2 hours to infuse it. Thinking of you and praying that your current protocol works. There are no reasons or seasons with cancer. No goods or bads. No heavens or hells. I am a Baha'i'. Our system of understanding the Divine revolves around direct communication with God. It is said that illness and disease is God's way of reminding us that this " first life " is transient, and that the next life is eternal and free of all bodily ailments. That said, we have the requirement to remain here so that the soul can educate itself within the constraints of the human body and condition...an incredible lesson indeed! When the " bird " is freed from the cage, well...you know the rest, and what bird would not love to be free to fly. I live each day knowing that it is a gift and the curse is to not use it to enrich the soul. I do not wish to transcend this earthly plane without attempting to understand the language of the next world! If I wax too spiritual or preachy...I apologize..and will refrain from further essay on the subject. Dr.
