Dos any one know about this Protocal PC HOPE also know as PC SPES.

I read about the pruduct PC hope on an other forurm. The information below comes

from the nutrition 2000.info.com site. To me it gos aganst every thing Im

useing to fight my cancer, but Ive been told it works. This next bit was copy

stright off there web site. Any one with any infor mation plese let me know.

CoEnzyme Q10

Sulfhydrazly antioxidants which includes: L-cysteine

N-acetylsteine

Alpha-lipoic acid

Glutathione

Cesium Chloride and Potassium may cause a problem, but more study is needed

before these are definite substances to avoid. If you are currently taking

supplements that contain any of the above, you must decide if you are willing to

stop taking them in order to use Protocel most effectively. Naturally occurring

quantities in food has not caused any problems. Do not use any information from

the Renewal & Wellness web site it is full of dead ends and they do not correct

PC-SPES is a mixture of herbs that was sold as a complementary and alternative

medicine (CAM) treatment for prostate cancer. The mixture contains these 8

herbs:

Baikal skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis)

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra or Glycyrrhiza uralensis)

Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum)

Isatis (Isatis indigotica)

Ginseng (Panax ginseng or Panax pseudoginseng var. notoginseng)

Chrysanthemum flowers (Dendranthema morifolium)

Rabdosia rubescens (Isodon rubescens)

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens)

PC-SPES was taken off the market because some batches were found to contain

prescription medicines in addition to the herbs. Clinical trials of PC-SPES that

were underway were stopped. There are products being sold now as substitutes for

PC-SPES, but they are not the same mixture.

I saw this list before. To me this is another scam promoted by Big Pharma

to discourage people to take any effective supplement. This was discussed

before in this forum. All the good supplements are listed here which is

not only laughable but also very pathetic. This shows how desperate these

Big Pharmas are.

I agree and thanks Kazi. This product PC HOPE gos against all that I have leaned

from our forums. to stop and control prostate  cancer. it looks like all this PC

HOPE  does is ease  the symptoms. and only have a slight effect on the

cancer.  " All the good supplements are listed here which is not only laughable

but also very pathetic. This shows how desperate these

Big Pharmas are. " I wonder if Big Pharmas will ever get it right, that cancer

is just a balancing act between our immune system and how many cancer cells our

body is producing. that  the right or wrong  foods we eat can tip the balance
