How do you monitor your progress?

I was informed that tumor marker blood tests for colon cancer are about

45% effective. Not very accurate.

And I read there's somewhere in the phillipines that does urine tests

for $50 a pop, and a similar place in Florida that does it for $300 a

pop. (Some sort of HGC test or something).

Any recommendations? It sure would be nice to know if the things I was

doing were working.
