Guest guest
I was diagnosed with a stage IIB goblet cell carcinoid of the appendix with areas of adenocarnioma. I was told by 2 oncologists to begin 5FU, leukovorin and oxilaplatin because my tumor was large and went to the wall of the appendix. I began treatment last week. I already have adverse events from the treatment. I am considering stopping treatment and trying an alternative treatment. I have been reading about protocel and was wondering if anyone has any idea if this would help with my cancer. Thanks, Lo
