I too posted this book title about 6 to 8 months ago, but no one made any comments.

Its probably the best book to buy!!!!

Also s has updated the book to a much bigger version I think he

published new in sept 2002!

This book really gives you so much detail that you will not find anywhere

else, and I have Sandr Cabots book which is very good, but I still put

s right at number one. So do yourselves a favour and get it!! You

can still be in the group and share what you have learnt then. Having just

bleated on about how good it is, I would say that he perhaps should ephasize

more the fact that for people who are not initially successful it can be

more than just a blocked colon, but essentially a very congested liver, that

needs uncongesting first, as told by JULIA CHANG an excellent site also for

liver and whole body care www.sensiblehealthcom please do look at this

site if you are fairyly new to this list, she has much to tell also on liver

and gallbladder issues. I will forward some information to this group that

she sent me.
