It jump-starts your system, throws toxins off your liver and helps you pass them. Overnight our bodies start cleansing themselves, so this starts your cleansing process after a night's sleep. It's wonderful! I've been doing this since I read Dr. Cabot's Liver Cleansing book and don't feel half-way normal without doing this.. Guest guest
Hello to everyone here! I just joined this group yesterday, I think. I was diagnosed with a gallstone 4.2 cm a few weeks ago and was given the card of a surgeon/candidate to make an appointment with for gallbladder removal. In all of my reading, I cannot find anything about someone passing a stone this large. Can anyone help?
Guest guest
I have a silly question for you guys. I drink 2 cups of warm water every morning. I want to add the lemon juice but I heard it should be warm. I try to drink it first thing in the morning. Can I leave the lemon juice out overnight to get warm before I drink it? I just dont have enough time to take it out in the morning, wait for it to get warm, drink it, wait another 20 minutes & then eat breakfast. Any suggestions?? Deena, I don't worry about it being warm. I have followed Dr. Cabot's health plan, and she said nothing about it being warmed. I just have it room temp and take the lemon out and press it into the water. But I have to drink bottled water anyway. Our water filter has to be changed too often to be of benefit since it's not the most expensive. So I buy bottled drinking water which tastes very good, BTW. I don't have it cold and never drink cold water if I can help it. We just drink room tempt water with lemon or lime, it's good. Well, , I'm horrible with cm measurements, but I passed several that measure about an inch and that was in one cleansing. My advice is to drink lots of organic apple juice, which helps them break up. Of course, it depends what your stone consisted of. If it was a calcified one, it would take much more time to break that one up. Do you know what it is? One thing, , in Dr. ' book about the cleanses, he reports that one woman passed one the size of a hen's egg. So if I can find the website again, I'll try to send the link. Take care, Susie
Guest guest
Hi Deena, Could you put the cold lemon juice in the warm water? Get the water a little hotter than you would need it normally if you have to. That seems like it would solve the temperature problem.
