I contacted Duncan Crow about taking large amounts of flax oil not

homogenized with dairy some time back. He promoted it. My memory is shot so

I don't recall exactly what he said, except that there are no studies and no

science to back up his point of view. At least he was honest with me.

I'd check out anything on his Website extremely thoroughly before adding

it to my program.

Arlyn, what does whey protein do for you?

Johanne, what does pea protein do for people?

What are the best forms of protein for people with cancer?

At present I don't have much need for protein. I eat an organic egg once

in a while, wild salmon, occasional sprouted organic tofu? I felt a much

greater need for protein before I began to add nutritional yeast to my green

juices. Rhoda

Rhoda,

pea protein is not whey but offers 25 grams of protein per portion. It is useful

to speed up the slow metabolisms out there and other issues.

Hi Rhoda,

A few years back, I started craving eggs (they make me sick) and I

couldn't get enough of them. Then I started craving ice cream. I

couldn't stop eating it. Then I craved cottage cheese (I hate that

stuff). Finally, I figured out I must be missing protein. This was

quite a few years ago, so I don't remember all the details. But I found

a high quality whey protein powder and started using it in my fruit

smoothies. And my cravings went away. I also gained five pounds. :(

Rhoda,

If i understand correctly, Bee Pollen is also rich in protein. We add 2 tsps

to our individual salad bowls. Bee Pollen is apretty rich supplement.
