Guest guest
I have a question for Edwin. I am about to do s Mortiz liver flush (are you familiar?) He states not to eat animal products during the flush. I do eat a lot of raw butter, milk, eggs etc. Would eating those compromise the flush? What do you usually eat the week of the flush? Also, I've been oil pulling. Should I discontinue oil pulling during the flush period. Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I am familiar with s Moritz and his book the Amazing Liver flush. He wants you to take 1 liter of apple juice per day for a 5 days. s as a rule is against the eating of animal food. He is convinced that humans are not supposed to be eating animal food. I believe he is partially correct. If your idea of animal food is COOKED animal food. Or lean animal food. I believe the correct diet for humans is a high fat raw, wild animal food. Good for you, you agree with raw butter, raw milk and raw fertilized eggs. You doing the Primal Diet of Aajonus? In my experience, just abstaining from animal food for 1 or 2 days during that day of the liver flush is a good idea. Hulda says she wants your bile to build up its pressure by abstaining from meat and fat upon waking up the day of the liver flush so when you cram down the extra virgin olive oil, your liver and gallbladder expunge so much stuff from built up pressure. Don't eat fat the morning you wake up on the day of your liver flush so you can expell more stones. When I did my liver flushes, I usually eat organic / wild food. Nowadays I'm on raw paleo diet high fat. During the day of the flush I usually just eat some hydrating not so sweet fruits. I've gotten used to 2 day apple juice fastings before I don't mind not eating. My mother in law eats her regular rice and salad vegetables without any fat in them during the day of the flush... she can't stand fasting. If you want to be sure, pausing for 1 day of oil pulling might be a good idea. Dr. Sutter recommends parasite cleanses prior and in between liver flushes. s Moritz does not believe in parasites. I personally believe in parasites and the effectivity of parasite cleanses. Best wishes, Edwin christine segal wrote: > > I have a question for Edwin. Guest guest
Hi Edwin: Thank you for this very helpful information. I have s Mortiz's book and I also disagree about his not eating animal products. I actually follow Sally Fallon's NT diet. It was very hard, but I was able to find a source of raw dairy that has helped me very much. I am anxious about my first flush but am following s instructions. I did not do a parasite cleanse so hopefully that will not hurt my flush. I have two colon hydrotherapy sessions booked, one on day 6 of the flush and one when the flush is completed. My colon works fine but I want to make sure nothing goes wrong. Edwin Casimero <eesc@...> wrote: > > Hi , Yes, I am familiar with s Moritz and his book the Amazing Liver flush.
