Hi, I intend to try that tomorrow. I recently bought a bottle of Bragg

Organic apple Cider Vnegar with Mother, and it is delicious. There is a

recipe for a drink on the label. 2tsp Bragg Vinegar, 8oz distilled

water, 2tsp raw honey, sounds good! Did you say you drank it before you

flushed?

Bragg acv is good. Be sure you turn over the bottle a few times to

mix the 'Mother' with the vinegar. The water shouldn't be too cold

otherwise the honey has a hard time blending in. I drank this mixture

first thing in the morning and waited at least 1 1/2 hour before

eating anything. I did this for a month, then I did the 'flush'.
