Guest guest
I'm just in the process of researching the Hulda s cleanses. I a wanting to do them- but for some reason am not finding all the information I need. What is the list of liver herbs for- and when are they taken??? Is that part of the liver cleanse- or seperate? Can someone give me a 1-2-3 order to do all of the cleanses: bowel, parasite, liver, kidney, liver herbs..... I've ordered the book but it hasn't arrived yet. Also- other than pain from the stones and gas, what are some symptoms that gallbladder problems would cause? I'm having numbness and tingleness in both legs and feet- but somehow can't see how a gallbladder problem would cause this. My doctor is wanting to " take out " my gallbladder- after doing a sonogram of course. He seems convinced that this is my problem. Any ideas??? Guest guest
Dear De, I would also suggest to temporarily quit the parasite cleanse. In the meantime, drink lots of pure water. Swelling is an indication of toxins needing to be released from your body. The liver and kidneys need help in filtering the toxins. Water will help to flush these organs. You may also try some teas of Yarrow or Celery seed. These teas help to relieve swelling. Red Clover is also good for cleansing the blood. The swelling will not be instantaniously relieved, but drink the teas a few times a day for help. I am also curious if you may have added anything new to your diet that you may be allergic to. Maybe you've added nothing new to your diet, but something that you normally consume is now giving you a reaction in conjunction with the parasite cleanse. Swelling may often be an indication of allergy. If you drink coffee, cut it out totally until the swelling goes down. (Coffee is better used as an enema - and not injested orally due to it's negative reactions on our body. It is also grown with a heavy pesticide use - unless you specifically buy organic.) Good health! ~S --- hallelujahtreasures@j... wrote: On Wednesday night my feet started hurting- and I > noticed hands and feet were swollen.
