Guest guest
, Have you looked into Haelen. Really expensive. Looks very promising. I'm thinking of using it. Thanks, Robyn ________________________________ From: melizzard11 Sent: Tue, April 5, 2011 I'm getting ready to embark on IV Vit C (just started yesterday) and Iscador ... I have cachexia and am getting a script for anabolic steroids, which I don't really want to do, but I have got to start wanting to eat!!! Guest guest
I was doing vitamin c iv about once a week. 125 grams or however they measure. I felt great. I ran out of time to do them. Then the holidays came and I went on an eat-anything-you-want binge. The cancer got very aggressive on me. maybe becasue of no c. Probably because of bad eating. Haelen is supposed to be good for cachexia among other things. Thanks, Robyn
Guest guest
Please keep us up to date on the IV and how it is working. I have a friend that had prostate cancer and was given a few months to live (stage 4) and after doing that is now in complete remission in only a few months! Guest guest
Hi - Re intravenous vit. C- http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/article/intravenously-administered-vitamin-c-canc\ er-therapy-three-cases-0 As for cachexia, please consider curcumin and whey protein. Both supplements have anti cancer properties and both help to manage cachexia. I stir a scoop of whey protein into my juice each am- the vanilla tastes okay. I supplement with fish oil as well and recent studies have indicated fish oils ability to help maintain muscle mass after chemo. studies linked below- http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/blog-entry/whey-protein-glutathione-gsh-and-cance\ r http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/article/curcumin-and-cachexia Good luck- Emerson http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/
