I recently tested for VitD and my results were 35ng/ml. They told me the normal

range was 35-75. I've read different low ranges on the internet where the low

was reported to be anywhere from 9 to 40. Using the range given by my doctor,

35-75, I seem too far on the low end not to supplement. I would like to hear

opinions on whether I should supplement and how much.
