Guest guest
>Unintentional Chronic Dehydration can also cause vital systems within the body to shut down or operate at extremely low levels. > 100% correct about dehydration. The problem is that many people are drinking lots of water yet are not hydrating. It has to do with the surface tension of water. Normal cold tap water is about 75 dynes/cm even good cold filtered water is about 63 dyne/cm. For water to enter the cell or for the water to exit the cell carrying waste it must be less than 47 dyne. By way of example, take dehydrated instant mashed potatoes. If you attempted to make the potatoes only stirring in cold water it will never work. With the cold water being at only 75 dyne the water touches the potato yet does not wet the potato. When you boil water the surface tension goes down to only 55 dyne thus entering the potato flake, or wetting the potato flake. Another example is when you spray your house plants with water the water will bead up into little droplets on the leaf. When you tilt the leaf back and forth the water droplets will move around the leaf without leaving a trail of water. The water touches the leaf yet does not wet the leaf. This is the reason that people are still dehydrated while drinking water. Soda has a dyne of 85 plus so you will always be thirsty only drinking soda. Don't drink them. For all of my cancer clients I suggest alkaline water or water from the hydrogen water stick. Both of these devices will break the surface tension of water to below 38 dyne. The other aspect of high alkaline hydrogen water is that it puts active hydrogen, another name for negative ions or free electrons back into the water. This water will hydrate all cells in the body. Hope this helps. Dr. Eliezer Ben-ph
