When I read the letter it didn't cross my mind that this was a scam. My initial reaction was -- this woman knows who I am and what we do; why didn't she come here immediately? This started me thinking about Nigeria, a country that suffered virtually no cancer until about 1956 when Royal Dutch Shell decided that the Niger Delta was ripe for raping. They couldn't have done this without the cooperation of military dictators who ran the country. What an incredible confluence of a total lack of ethics. In 1995 secret tribunals were formed to execute all leaders of MOSOP (Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People) who protested that the " breadbasket of Nigeria " was turned into an massive oil company cesspool and the now impoverished Ogoni people were dying en masse from the round-the-clock gas flaring, the acid rain, and literally thousands of oil spills. Even if oil production stopped it would be unlikely that the land or its beautiful people will ever recover. The whole human race was born in Africa. We are all African. What have we done to the place of our birth? **************New Low Prices on Dell Laptops – Starting at $399 (http://pr.atwola.com/promoclk/100126575x1220631247x1201390185/aol?redir=http:%2\ F%2Fad.doubl eclick.net%2Fclk%3B213540506%3B35046329%3Bx)
