yeast/fungal link to cancer?

Has anyone read the book, Sick And Tired, by O. Young?

It's quite a radical book which claims that cancer is a result of long term

fungal/yeast problems. There is a really difficult program he suggests which

requires alkalizing the body and killing off all the bad yeast/fungus you have.

I had a look and thought I'd never make it

through the first week, let alone 8 of them. I think I'd starve to death on all

the green juices and no actual food. Having said that, I'm pretty sure the

Gerson Diet is about this tough.

I just wonder what people think of the idea of the yeast/fungal connection to

cancer. I am just getting a handle on this sort of thing so forgive me for being

so behind compared to others on the list!
