Last I heard, GNC, is owned by a pharmaceutical company, and in my opinion, they sell a lot of junk (synthetic and toxic ingredients). I would completely stay away from them. It's fine to use other discount places if you really know the exact brand you're ordering. The most cconomical supplement companies I know of are iHerb.com, NEEDS.COM, Vitacost.com, SwansonsVitamins.com but I'd be very skeptical of any of their generic brands.
