Guest guest
Hello, I'm wondering about lechithin; does anyone know if there is a non-soy variety.... Thanks Kathy
Guest guest
Suzanne, The recommended dosage for Milk Thistle is 70-210 mg per day. I purchased a product called Liver Support that contains 70 mg Milk Thistle, 200 mg Dandelion and 500 mg Inositol in tablet form from www.vitaminshoppee.com. They were offering a $10 discount so I ordered from them. I am taking the tablet twice a day along with 800 mg of Lecithin. The recommend dosage of Lecithin is 500 - 1000 mgs per day. I'm amazed at the improvement I've experienced and will always take these supplements! I think Milk Thistle can be purchased alone rather cheaply. I understand Artichoke is also very good for the gall bladder problem but I have not yet tried it. I think I will increase the Milk Thistle to 210 mg tomorrow. Hope you decide to try it because it has really helped me. I think carefully watching my diet has really helped, too. The night of my attack I had made a meatloaf and learned the hard way to completely avoid all red meat!! Good luck.
